I can confirm this bug on a new install of 14.04 LTS under a Virtual
Machine (vSphere).
# Samba 4.1.6-Ubuntu (via samba -V)
# Server: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is set up as a VM under vSphere
# Client: Windows 7 with Putty and an ssh connection.
