Confirmed with 14.04 x64, every time i run the sudo command :

quentin at asus-N56VZ:~$ sudo su
[sudo] password for quentin: 
no talloc stackframe at ../source3/param/loadparm.c:4864, leaking memory
root at asus-N56VZ:/home/quentin#
