    - Update documentation.
  * debian/maas-region-controller-min.maas-region-celery.upstart,
    debian/maas-region-controller-min.maas-txlongpoll.upstart: Fix ISO
    install by making sure rabbitmq user is really created if it does not
    exist (LP: #1298559)
