[Bug 1302963] [NEW] Calendar() class can not be initialized

Using the simple example from upstreams readme
(https://github.com/bear/parsedatetime) raises an error:

$python
>>> import parsedatetime.parsedatetime as pdt
>>> cal = pdt.Calendar()
