Same issues as Peter on 13.10 daily from 10/14:

- no reachable servers
- no mongodb installed with juju-local / installed manually
- then I get SSL error in 1178312 once I have mongodb (once I try to make any other local environments)

Is there a good, working, and current HOWTO on LXC for Saucy???
