Thanks for reporting this. Problem seems to be in that bit:
ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘/etc/dovecot/private/dovecot.pem’: File exists

So in the upgrade, if file exists, it's stopping that to install the package. Marking as bug to better handle with existing files. 
In the moment, can you remove /etc/dovecot/private/dovecot.pem file and reinstall package again?
