[Bug 1235401] [NEW] dovecot fts_lucene module is unavailable

Public bug reported:

dovecot's full text search modules currently offer three options [1],
where one is deprecated.

Ubuntu packages fts_squat (the deprecated module) in dovecot-core, offers fts_solr in dovecot-solr.
fts_lucene is missing and no package for that module exists. It _is_ still available upstream as far as I can tell and is not deprecated according to [1].
Probably it wasn't built for a while because it relied on a non-released version of clucene, but that is fixed for Debian Jessie/Ubuntu Quantal.

Please provide a way to access fts_lucene without building from source.
