[Bug 1256433] [NEW] Removal Request: Demote from main

Likewise-open was discontinued (see this bug for new version details):
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/likewise-open/+bug/1242807

Release: It should be removed from main in Trusty only.  It can be moved
to universe.

Rationale:  We are working on native solutions for this cycle (using
SSSD) that we can better support.  Furthermore, we've had users report
that they need to get the updated version to make this work anyway.

Reverse depends lists only likewise-open dummy packages.   No reverse
build depends found (or expected).
