[Bug 1252429] [NEW] On default bind9 break internet connection

Public bug reported:

1.First after start run on terminal :sudo service bind9 status
 * bind9 is running
2.Check on firefox google.com not responding
3.Run on terminal : * bind9 is running\
* Stopping domain name service... bind9
4.Check on firefox google.com is ok.
This bug is on bind9 on default whithout human intervention after install.
