According to your logfile:

131103 16:33:10 [ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './mysql/proc' is marked
as crashed and should be repaired

So please can you repair database with following command, and then retry:
mysqlcheck --repair mysql proc -u root -pxxx

       Status: New => Invalid
