[Bug 1173265] Re: facter fails to run from rebuilt source package

The debdiff adds a dep8 smoke test for facter, which should help pick up
this same issue in a rebuild test in the future if it happens again.
This is my first dep8 test submission, so I'd like it reviewed by a
sponsor before I submit it to Debian. Thanks!
