[Bug 1155871] [NEW] Project switcher only displays a single project

Public bug reported:

Testing the Grizzly Trunk Testing PPA.

Django_openstack_auth needs to be updated to at least 1.0.6 as there's
an incompatibility between django_openstack_auth < 1.0.6 and new
keystoneclient versions (>= 2.0) that breaks the project switch
dropdown.
