[Bug 1193333] [NEW] Enable SNMP Squid3 On Ubuntu 12.04.x

On a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 12.04.2, i see the SNMP Support for Squid3 isn't enable.
It's a bug or normal ?

My problem... i want monitor my Squid with SNMP, without use any Script
on the Squid server :)
