Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

When did you attempt this build, please? Was it after apache2.4 landed
in saucy, or before proposed-migration?

It would really help if you could post a link to your source package and
Launchpad build page for the failure, since it's really hard to figure
anything out just from your build log, especially given that you've said
"somehow" without an explanation yourself, and there should be no
apache2 2.2 binaries left in saucy now.

Once done, please change the bug status back to New. Thanks!
