Public bug reported:

Tried a "apt-get dist-upgrade" today, but apache2 failed to update with
the following error:

apache2 (2.4.4-6ubuntu4) wird eingerichtet ...
Directory /etc/apache2/conf.d is not empty - leaving as is
Please note, that directory is considered obsolete and not read anymore by default
javascript-common.conf
