[Bug 1201996] [NEW] Options 'destdir' and 'tmpfs' ignored in config file

Public bug reported:

vmbuilder options 'destdir' and 'tmpfs' work when I supply them via
command line:

$sudo vmbuilder kvm ubuntu --debug --dest /opt/vms --tmpfs -

The debug output shows tmpfs being created and mounted, and the supplied
output directory for the vm is used.

However, supplying them within a configuration file does not appear to
work:

------------------------------
[DEFAULT]
tmpfs = -
destdir = /opt/vms
------------------------------

No mention of tmpfs appears at the same place in the debug as before,
and the supplied output directory for the vm image is ignored.
