[Bug 1199146] [NEW] lxc template sshd won't start

Pursuant to #1017862:
lxc package version: Version: 0.9.0.0~staging~20130708-1551-0ubuntu1~ppa1~raring1
Two comments:
1. Couldn't figure out how to attach 2 files, so sending the second one in a moment
2. Doesn't ask for passphrase
Here's what happens:
