[Bug 1097848] [NEW] nagios-plugins 1.4.15-5ubuntu4 FTBFS on amd64 in raring

Public bug reported:

nagios-plugins FTBFS because it embeds an old version of gnulib which
assumes that gets is defined. However, ISO C11 drops the definition.
gnulib upstream have fixed this in
