[Bug 1095840] [NEW] No logrotate config for nova.log

Public bug reported:

The existing packaging does not contain any logrotate configurations for
rotating /var/log/nova/nova.log. Can we just add a config for
/var/log/nova/nova-*.log, or should we continue to create individual
logrotate files?
