Thanks for reporting this.
According to the log, package installation seems to be stopping because clamav user already exists. Can you try uninstalling the offending packages as following:

sudo apt-get remove --purge clamav-base clamav-freshclam

And install them again?

However the existence from an user should not stop package intallation,
so i marked this issue with low priority to be fixed.
