Latest kernel panic (from 2nd-level guest) using following kernel
versions:

host: 3.11.0-1-generic (-2 causes problems for my graphics hardware atm)
1st-level guest: 3.11.0-2-generic
2nd-level guest: 3.11.0-2-generic
