  This can be done in the UI but not using the API/CLI.

+ This bug prevents administrators to be able to update the Cluster Controller information from the CLI. This makes them to only be able to use the WebUI, which is indeed a big limitation.

+ 1. Install MAAS
+ 2. use maas-cli to update cluster information
+ (Without the fix, the administrator will be unable to update this information. With the fix, the administrator will be able to do so.)
+ 
+ [Regression Potential]
+ Minimal. This simply enables the update of the information via the CLI/API.
