[Bug 1210787] [NEW] mod_wsgi is segfaulting (11) under Apache 2.4 in Daemon Mode after startup / after first request

When using mod_wsgi 3.4 with apache 2.4 it will segfault directly when configured in daemon mode.

The missing patch comes from upstream and is documented here:

I applied the patch to the debian packages (which is the same as in
saucy and debian) and now it doesn't segfault anymore.
