Thanks for reporting this bug.

I"m a bit confused for several reasons:

1. the bug is reported by udev itself, not nut
2. nut ships a file 52-nut-usbups.rules not 62-nut-usbups.rules
3. udev does not maintain a list of files it should load at startup.  Rather it loads any files which do exist under rules.d.  Therefore I can't think of anything that would make udev try to load this file (and then fail to find it)

Can you please show the contents of /etc/udev/rules.d ('ls -l
/etc/udev/rules.d)?

Please attach the files (if they exist): /var/log/upstart/nut.log
/var/log/upstart/udev.log /var/log/udev
