Public bug reported:

sudoers in the packaging currently looks like

maas ALL= NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/service isc-dhcp-server restart
maas ALL= NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/maas-provision

The first line should be:

maas ALL= NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/service maas-dhcp-server restart
