[Bug 1051091] [NEW] resource nfsserver default init script doesn't match ubuntu's

Public bug reported:

the default init script in nfsserver resource agent is /etc/init.d/nfsserver, while in ubuntu/debian the server is started via /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server.
It would be better to serve it patched to the distribution
