[Bug 1050185] [NEW] dhcpd.conf is not updated after dpkg-reconfigure maas

Public bug reported:

Run sudo dpkg-reconfigure maas and change the IP for the
PXE/provisioning network

After the reconfiguration, /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf next_server entry is not
updated with the value set.

Julian suggest that on dpkg-reconfigure maas, reconfigure should also be
done on maas-dhcp so the dhcpd.conf file is updated.
