Ok, this bug seems to be about KVM networking bugs in Ubuntu. I don't
see anything specific for upstream OpenStack developers to debug or fix.
Marking as Invalid.

If there is some specific OpenStack upstream issue diagnosed, it's
probably best to file a new bug with the details of the specific issue
clearly isolated from everything else going on in this bug.
