[Bug 1045923] [NEW] input/output error on iscsi sanboot from linux tgt

Public bug reported:

During iscsi root testing for quantal beta-1 I was unable to use ipxe to
boot installed iSCSI root images backed by tgt.

Switching to the latest upstream snapshot fixed my issue so I think its
worth considering a FFe for ipxe to fix this (and maybe other) issues as
its not been updated since February 2012.

devel/2012-September/001796.html
