Public bug reported:

I am trying to install a Brother DCP-J315W multifunction centre printer (It is based on 32bit Deb.files) onto my Ubuntu 64 bit AMD  12.04 system.
I have ClamTK installed.

Brother support stated I needed ia32-libs or lib32stdc++ installed.

I first tried installing ia32-libs - but this was gone from Ubuntu download tree.
I then tried installing lib32stdc++ - This installed up to the point of report producing report error when it tried to start clamav-milter 0.97.3+dfsg-2.1ubuntu1 as it was already running?
However when I closed the error report I noticed that the lib32stdc++ was marked as installed on the Ubuntu Software Centre?
Maybe the clamav-milter software needs to accept/confirm the opening of clamav-milter call if it is already opened so that the opening/start call of clamav-milter doesn't produce a "error exit status 1"error?  maybe placing the new opening call in an already opened clamav-milter "into a virtual world", while allowing the already opened clamav-milter to process?
