[Bug 1066570] [NEW] should build-depend on librbd-dev

Public bug reported:

I could only compile it after installing librbd-dev. Otherwise could
only get the following:

error: rbd/librbd.h: No such file or directory

lsb_release -rd:

Description:	Debian GNU/Linux testing (wheezy)
Release:	testing

(yes, i'm building it in debian)

qemu-kvm version: 1.2.0+noroms-0ubuntu2
