[Bug 1060319] [NEW] FFE - Juju

Public bug reported:

The version in quantal is quite old. Rather than extract just the bug
fixes since r566, I'd like to ship the soon to be released trunk from
juju.

This should entail at least one upload of a pre-release (0.5.99+bzr585)
and then upon its release, juju 0.6:

Most users making use of juju in quantal are using the PPA version from
ppa:juju/pkgs and so have been testing these features, probably more
than the relatively old version in quantal right now.
