[Bug 1077897] [NEW] Cron quota script not working for groups

Public bug reported:

The cron script /etc/cron.daily/quota does not work for groups, ie the
file /etc/quotagrpadmins is ignored.

Invoking warnquota with the option -g solves the issue.
