[Bug 1074330] [NEW] the nagios user home directory name is incorrect

Public bug reported:

According the the /etc/passwd file the homedir for the nagios user is /var/lib/nagios
however the directory /var/lib/nagios does not exist, only /var/lib/nagios3 exists...

The directory /var/lib/nagios3 should be renamed
