[Bug 1004118] [NEW] Duplicate upgrade code in lxc-ubuntu in Quantal

Public bug reported:

Something seems to have gone wrong when merging our lxc-ubuntu changes
upstream that caused the cache upgrade code to exist in two slightly
different ways one after the other.

We probably want to keep the one using lxc-unshare and drop the other
one.

AFAICT it's not currently breaking anything but it's certainly making
the cache creation slower.
