Also from the Terminal Log looks like the package upgrade process is
trying to write to a not default configuration dir
"/home/fabien/solutions/administration-systeme/php-config/apache/"

In order to solve this you could follow these steps:

1. Make sure that /home/fabien/solutions/administration-systeme/php-config/apache/ does exist and is accesible
2. Try to move away your modified version of frameworks.ini.ucf-dist
3. Try to reset the apache2 configuration folder to its default /etc/apache2
