  lxc currently depends on libapparmor1, but not on apparmor.  Add
  apparmor to the lxc Depends: in both quantal and precise.

+ 1. Impact: apparmor transitions fail if apparmor is not installed
+ 2. Development fix: add apparmor to depends for lxc
+ 3. stable fix: same as development fix
+ 4. test case:
+    sudo apt-get purge apparmor
+   sudo apt-get install lxc
+   sudo lxc-create -t ubuntu -n p1
+   sudo reboot
+   sudo lxc-start -n p1
+ 5. regression potential: we are adding apparmor as a dependency - no regressions expected.
