Public bug reported:

Greetings from New Zealand

Dash does not show any of the applications that have been installed on
my Desktop system.

I can't launch any of the programs except through terminal which is a
bit of a bummer as I don't know much about entering commands at command
line.

Please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. Many thanks in
advance.

Regards

Vendella
