Hi,

This is related to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/puppet/+bug/959597 where
upstream has removed process_name.rb in 2.7.11 but it is still packaged
and provided by puppet-common.

Source tarball for 2.7.10 from puppetlabs:
