Thanks for taking the time to report this bug in Ubuntu.

It looks like you have some local configuration files in /etc/ldap that
are confusing the upgrade process.

Please could you provide output from the following commands on this bug
report:

   sudo ls -l /etc/ldap/*

Marking 'Incomplete' pending your response.
