Failed to reproduce on Ubuntu 10.04.4 using a fresh cloud image. "apt-
get install mailman" completed successfully. I specified English (only)
in response to the debconf prompt, and my
/var/lib/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py now contains DEFAULT_SERVER_LANGUAGE
= 'en'.
