It should be safe to drop all Ubuntu changes I think, except this one:

  * Build-depend on libdbi-dev rather than libdbi0-dev (LP: #625882).

If necessary, I can make a bzr branch to merge.

** Description changed:

  It would be great to have latest rrdtool synced from Debian into Precise
  as it will potentially be used on many servers.
  
  It seems reasonably safe and without massive new features changes:

  The upstream 1.4.7 version (after 1.4.4, 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 we and Debian
  missed) is the latest of important bugfix releases (the number of fixes
  is impressive, see http://rrd-mailinglists.937164.n2.nabble.com/RRDtool-
  Announcements-f937719.xml), so it's really a great reason to have it.
