Public bug reported:
if an image's platform or root_device_type is empty, euca-describe-
images will not print those fields (or the '\t' separater, which is the
issue).
That means that against ec2, a windows image will have the string 'ebs'
or 'instance-store' as the 13th field, but a linux image (where
'platform' == "") will have it as the 12th.
