[Bug 953915] [NEW] Missing .deb dependency on python-oauth

Public bug reported:

The new DataSourceMaaS.py has a dependency on python-oauth which isn't
specified in debian.trunk/control  . Attached patch against lp:cloud-
init (revno: 543).

(Not sure this was supposed to be reported here, as it is a packaging
issue)
