REQUIRED PARAMETERS
    group_name                    Name of the group to add the rule to.

OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
    -A,--access-key               User's Access Key ID.
    -A,--secret-key               User's Secret Key.

The second optional parameter's short version is really "-S" as can be determined by reading:
/usr/share/pyshared/euca2ools/commands/eucacommand.py

(The long option is correctly labeled --secret-key.)
