Yeah, that does the trick. Replace "puppet config print" in the postinst
with "puppet --configprint" and this bug can be resolved:

root at host:/etc# dpkg -i puppetmaster-passenger_2.7.11-1_all.deb

Module ssl already enabled
Enabling site puppetmaster.
To activate the new configuration, you need to run:
  service apache2 reload
 * Restarting web server apache2                                                                                                                                                                           ... waiting

Maybe someone else knows why the error is still in the output though?
