[Bug 947342] [NEW] euca-describe-instances should have additional fields in output

Public bug reported:

At some point, ec2-describe-instances began showing ipaddress and private ipaddress in output.
This would have been a sufficient fix to allow user to see IP address instead the ubuntu upstream-delta fix that I added by adding the '--ipv4' flag.

Unfortunately, the documentation at
/ApiReference-cmd-DescribeInstances.html lists the output, but not
consistently with the tools output, and not in enough detail to
specifically see what *should* be output in each field.

Here is output of ec2-api-tools (2011-11-01 api), with tab
replaced with '|'.

The most interesting additional fields to me at the moment are private
and public ip.
