This is not a bug in the krb5 package; since you mention this happened
due to a power loss during upgrade, you will need to fix up the state of
the packaging system by hand.

This command will probably fix things up:

 sudo apt-get install libgssapi-krb5-2:i386 libgssapi-krb5-2

       Status: New => Invalid
