Hi Ukmeterman,

Thank you very much for submitting your bug report to Ubuntu!

Looks like for some reason part of the apparmor profile for mysql didn't
install properly in your case.

1. Could you check that /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/mysql exists? If so
it should have 0644 permissions (-rw-r--r--)

If it doesn't exist it's an issue related to the "apparmor" package not
upgrading properly, try to reinstall or upgrade it.
