There is more risk of trouble than that. With this change to libvirt-
bin, after libvirt-bin is installed, dnsmasq will operate in bind-
interfaces mode whereas it might have been operating in unbound mode
before. In bind-interfaces mode dnsmasq will not notice new interfaces,
etc.
